NBA – The hallucinating list of free agent stars in 2021

NBA - The hallucinating list of free agent stars in 2021

Franchises are slowly starting to turn to the next free agency which arrives shortly after the Draft. But in reality, it is on that of 2021 that all eyes are on because huge names should be found on the market—a historic cuvée.

This year 2020 has been special in many aspects for the NBA, especially extra-sports, but 2021 may be a hell of a deal from the point of view of the orange ball. This next season will be placed under the sign of transition, first of all, because it will have to serve as a springboard to find a classic calendar and that everything returns to normal in 2022, but also because we are not immune to another major upheaval.

The free agency 2020 is quite light in terms of players in the market. This will not be the case at all in 2021. Like last season, the league may change completely. To put it simply, here are the 20 biggest names available during free agency 2021, and there are some heavy ones (note that players are either unrestricted free agents or have a player option).

  • LeBron James (player option)
  • Paul George (PO)
  • Giannis Antetokounmpo (Unrestricted free agent)
  • Rudy Gobert (UFA)
  • Chris Paul (PO)
  • Kawhi Leonard (PO)
  • DeMar DeRozan (UFA)
  • LaMarcus Aldridge (UFA)
  • Blake Griffin (PO)
  • Kyle Lowry (UFA)
  • Derrick Rose (UFA)
  • Victor Oladipo (UFA)
  • Jrue Holiday (PO)
  • Mike Conley (UFA)
  • Gordon Hayward (UFA)
  • Otto Porter (UFA)
  • Steven Adams (UFA)
  • Lou Williams (UFA)
  • Andre Drummond (UFA)
  • Spencer Dinwiddie (PO)

In short, we will have to give our all next season to be convincing on the market in 2021. This applies to players, as it does to franchisees who want to attract a superstar.
