Manchester United have been offered the opportunity to sign Sergio Reguilon from Real Madrid this summer, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed.
The Red Devils are looking to strengthen their backline ahead of next season and a new centre-back is said to be the priority for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
However, in recent weeks, it has emerged that they hold an interest in left-back Reguilon, who impressed out on loan with Sevilla last season.
According to Romano, the Red Devils have been offered the player’s services and they will soon decide whether they want to sign him.
That could be a potential reason behind the interest in Reguilon and it remains to be seen whether they make a formal transfer offer.
Reguilon is also the subject of interest from Sevilla, who are willing to re-sign him on loan with the option to buy next summer.
